I am the author of speculative fiction for children, young adults and adults. My work is feminist in focus and interested in exploring what women do when faced with impossible choices. I began a career in history and archaeology, but realized I like learning things better than I like knowing them, so now I take inspiration from various historical events and weave them into my work. I live in Denmark with one husband, one child and one cat.
